I recently ordered a facewash and Rose Water Mist during your ongoing sale, and I'm quite disappointed with the experience. When I received the parcel, I noticed that the quantity of the facewash in the bottle was noticeably less than expected. To add to that, the Rose Water Mist bottle was smaller than usual.

Is this how you treat customers during a sale? It feels like corners were cut, and I didn’t receive the full value for what I paid. I was excited about the purchase, but this experience has left me questioning the quality and authenticity of the products. I hope this isn’t a reflection of your usual standards.
