Jawline: Work from the middle of the chin across towards your earlobe, and do five to six passes on every section as you work up the face. Repeat on the opposite side.

Forehead: Start at the centre. Work from the centre across towards your outer temples, doing five to seven passes, and repeat on the opposite side. Then, cross by beginning at the eyebrows, and move upwards towards the hairline. Move it across the forehead.

Eyes: Using the scantier end with medium force, lightly roll from the inner edge towards the outer corner, up towards the eyebrow bone. Make sure to get the undereye area and crow's feet. Rollback and forth, about 10 times. Repeat on the opposite side.

It's also essential to note that like many other skincare trends, a jade roller isn't for everyone.
